Andrew, I ordered my 8100 today, and I'm a first time user for a blackberry. If I can't figure out what the heck I'm doing, may I contact you? I expect it will take 2 weeks before I see the 8100. Oh, I do have another question, my sim is from 1999, do they have a shelf life? Should I replace it with the new one I'm getting and how can I move all the info over to the new sim, if I need to?

If I am correct your sim is all white, with black lettering on it. :\ There fine, if you notice any problems then my suggestion is to replaces it, but for now it's most likely fine.
