You may have noticed I have already posted this, but I need 22 more responses for a total of 50, please don't respond if you already have and thank you for responding earlier.

Hello, I've written up a survey for my English Studies and I need people to do it. Please take the time to answer all the questions and state your age and gender as well. :-)

And please, PLEASE tell me your AGE and GENDER, it's important!

The Language Of Swearing:

1. Do you swear?


2. Do you swear at people?
(Example: "You're a ****ing idiot!")


3. Do you swear with people?
(Example: "Did you see the ****ing footy last night? Crows are hopeless.")

5. Do you not like it when people swear around you?

1. Do you swear? Yes


2. Do you swear at people? Only when I'm angry


3. Do you swear with people? No


4. How often do you swear? I swear when I want to get my point across when I'm angry, so about once a week.


5. Do you not like it when people swear around you? Not bothered


6. Do you not like it when people swear at you? I get pissed off and challenge them


7. Do you care about swearing around children? Yes. It shouldn't be done


8. Do you consider “crap” a swear word? No


9. As a teen do you swear around your parents as NORMAL conversation? Haha, no way.

1) yeah i swear a lot - all Irish people do really
2) haa! all the time - my baby cousin calls me a 'feckin' eejit' lmao

i think that swearing is more accepted here in Ireland - swearing in the USA seems more rude and stuff

5)depends how much, and what words they use

7)of course.....they should not be learning that type of language.

9)OH NO! people should NEVER cuss in front of their parents! my parents raised me to respect my elders.

1 yes but have learned to do it in a couple of different languages so people don't know
