My best friend told the police I was with him the night he was shot BUT I left before he was shot had no idea he was shot until his mom called me a couple hours later. I don't want to face this guy who did this to my friend in court when I dont even know what happened. I am a witness that didnt witness anything. Havent seen this guy ever in my life. My friend is the only one testifying aginst him because he knows him. There is no weapon found and if he goes free i'm sure this heartless guy will come looking for me too. My friend is a gay male. I am a mother of 3 and I fear for my life I dont want to live my life wondering if this guy will remember my face if he is set free. My friend asked me to say I saw the guy before I left but I swear I am clueless to how this guy look. I dont feel guilty at all because I didn't see anything this happened when I was gone
