It's an old book and has been bugging me for the longest. All I can get is that it's about a teenage girl who falls for this boy. After they get to know each more he tells her he's an alien and he's not the only one on the planet. (don't know if this helps but he didn't have a bellybutton) He begins to tell her that his alien race is dying and they come to earth, seduce earth women and take them back to their home planet and use the human women to birth hybrid children or something. (He showed her a video or a photo a human woman on his planet and she noted the lady didn't look too happy). Anywho they begin to like each other more and more and she's okay with him being an alien and even agrees to go back to his home planet on the day that he's supposed to depart but he loves her so much he couldn't let her accept that lifestyle. So he goes home and leaves her on earth.
