A small size pimple that doesn't heal.

Two weeks ago, I felt a small bump/like pimple on the back of my neck. I wasn't sure if it was a bug bite or just a pimple, but I squeezed it and nothing came out except blood. Now it will not heal. I try not to pick at it so it can eventually get a scab on it, but while in the shower, the water causes it to bleed all over agine. I've put ointment and bandages on it, but it still doesn't seem to want to heal. I am not a diabetic and I have no illinesses that I'm aware of. What could this small sore be? Maybe a small mole that I scratched at?
