A "simple" riddle. (if you know the answer, give others a chance)?

There is a room, with a light-bulb hanging from the ceiling in the center of the room. The room has 4 walls, floor and a ceiling. one of the walls has a door leading into the room, and next to the door on the outside of the room on the wall are 3 light switches. one of these light switched turns on the light-bulb inside the room. The ONLY way to check which switch turns on the light, is by going into the room. You are only allowed to go into the room ONCE via the door. There is no way to peek into the room, or look through a key whole or anything like that, and once you have opened the door to go in, you cant come back out again. By only being allowed to flick 2(two) of the switches and enter the room once, how do you determine which switch turns on the light?

Can I answer now?

Okay, I actually heard this one before so no I wasn't smart enough to figure it out myself.

You flick on one switch. Stay in that room and wait for a few minutes. Then you switch it off then flick on another switch. You then walk into the room which has the three light bulbs. The light bulb which is on is of course the second switch you flicked which was left on. Then out of the two which are off, have a feel of them both. Whichever one feels warmer or hot is the switch you flicked on first and then switched off after a few minutes.

Read the label above the switch. or ask someone . otherwise cheat and switch all three.

another hint, looks at which switch is most worn out. that's the one
