A simple Physics question that I need help with?

A ball is dropped from a bridge that is 45m above the water. If falls directly into
a boat moving at constant velocity through the water. If the boat was 12m from
the point of impact when the ball was dropped, what is the speed of the boat.

Could you please show working and any equations used.
