A simple phone?

All I want is a phone and the capabilities to sync (via a cable) address book and calendar with 2 PCs using Outlook. I don't want to do email via phone. I don't care about music, videos, etc. I don't care about a camera.

Is there such a phone? With ANY provider, ANY OS?

Any blackberry or windows mobile phone can do this. IMO, you're better off with a blackberry.

I have a Windows Mobile device now. I am looking for a new unit but all the providers insist on a Data Plan if you have Windows Mobile device. I don't need/want a data plan. I am sure providers supplying Blackberrys will have the same requirement.
