I say D because they gave us coffee which started and in part made the industrial revolution partly possible.

mathematics was certainly a significant contribution. think arabic numerals (the ones we normally use, 1,2,3,4!) and the concept of zero. I have heard that Islamic culture was big on equality between the sexes earlier than other other cultures, but don't know if that was as significant as their advancements in mathematics.

C. They gave Arabic numbers which they got from India. It is the kind of numbers we use. They probably gave more in the sciences than literature. They were advanced in astronomy and metals at least. They also introduced firearms or cannons.
