A script for mass emailing all the emails stored in my mysql table using PHP?

I'm having some people fill out test forms, and the next step for me is to implement a way in which I can email a message to all of the emails stored in my MySQL table. I'm using PHP, however, if it's possible using Ajax, I wouldn't mind implementing that. Can't use Ruby or Coldfusion, unfortunately.
