A scoobie noobie question

While watching Shaggy & Scooby Doo Get a Clue for the first time, my wife seemed to notice that Shaggy's VA may be Robin from Teen Titans. I listened a little bit at the end and I think she's right but I'm not sure. If so, I'm guessing this is an old topic, 'cause that would make this the second Shaggy that was voiced by a Robin (the original Shaggy being voiced by the classic Casey Casum who also did the Superfriends Robin). Is it true or are we a little delusional?
 
No, you're not delusional: Shaggy on Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get a Clue is indeed voiced by Scott Menville, who previously voiced, among other roles, Robin on Teen Titans.
 
Thanks, it's nice to know we're not delusional, if only in this one instance. :) Was I right about this being an old topic? Anyone guess as to whether the Shaggy-Robin coincidence was on purpose?
 
Well IIRC Menville was playing Shaggy before Teen Titans came around in those DTV's so I'd chop it up to just being a coincidence.
