A rule change that you would like to see happen in a sport?

Cricket- The rules are perfect but if I absolutly had to change a rule I would change the rule that limits a bowler to only bowl 2 bouncers an over
 
i basically no jack about sports. and i've got write a 1-2 page persuasive paper about a rule change that i'd like to see happen in a sport. would someone be willing to give me an idea? what's your favorite sport and WHAT rule change would you like to see happen?
