A riddle to be solved? WHO IS THIS MAN?

There is a young old man he is sitting,standing and lying down at the same time,he is bald but he has a pick in his hair, he is short but yet tall he has 5 children but his wife isnt born yet. who is this man?????
 
Here's my reasoning...

He's babySITTING 5 kids and withSTANDING their torture by physically laying down, unless he's a cop LAYING DOWN the law. He's physically BALD himself, but his PICK in HAIR is to have brown hair, if he did. He's SHORT on cash but physically TALL. His wife just isn't born yet.

Did I get it?
