A question on denim sizing?

Okay, so a few days ago I went to this True Religion outlet store, and I found these great skinny jeans that fit me perfectly (size 24), but the thing is that like a few weeks ago, I went to Nordstrom and tried on a pair of True Religion flare jeans in size 24, and they were huge on me! Why is that? Besides the fact that the jeans I got were skinny, and I'm pretty sure my legs didn't just suddenly expand.
 
outlet stores often carry factory defect clothes or possibly wrongly labeled so you are probably just a different size
