So i have an Aunt who is gay and in a loving relationship with another woman and engaged (love em dearly, they are so funny) Anyway they are thinking of having a child together.
Now they're plan is, to have my aunts egg, implanted in the womb of her partner, BUT use her partners brothers sperm as the father, so that it's stil related to her in blood. Now is this even possible?
Like, would there be any complications? Since it is a sperm in the body of a related member, will that cause birth defects for the baby?
