A question for photoshop cs3 users?

I have a picture of my lil boy smiling with a bubble in the pic, however the bubble is going off the edge of the picture so i cant use the patch tool to duplicate it. He would only sit nice for this pic, in the others he is jumping around and things. However in the other pics the bubbles are much clearer. How do i add the bubbles from the other picture into the pic i want them on???
 
choose polygon lasso tool or pen tool, draw around the bubble and with direct selection tool make selecion and make a copy via layer.
