A question for people who saw Doubt.

When Sister Aloysius said that She had doubts' what did everybody interpretate this as?

Was it that she had doubts about accusing Father Brendan of abusing the child or that she had doubts about her religion?

I saw an interview with meryl Streep and she said that this was done so the viewers can make up there own mind.

I always thought that it meant she had doubts about accusing Father Brendan of doing those stuff becuase she didnt have any solid evidence just her instant.
 
Interestingly, I read someone who said they believed she had doubts over whether she handled it the right way ... as Father Flynn had actually gotten a "promotion" as a consequence.

I interpreted it as her having doubts over whether she should have lied or not.
