Ok so female cops are sometimes asked to pose as prostitutes to bust Jacks. What I don't get is why the way it is done. Your put the cop next to real prostitutes and while the cop is busting Jacks the real ones do what they normally do. Isn't that not really stopping the problem?
A question for cops or people who know the law?
