a question for all N73 owners!!!

doesn't the creaky, cheap, plastic casing and build quality of the casing bother you?? i think its annoying.. every time i pick it up,,,,creak, creak, creak.. everytime i make calls and punch in some numbers,,,creak,,creak,,,creak!!
my feeling is for such a great phone, why not make the body more secure and solid??!!

Mine doesn't creak. However it is true that it does not feel like a very strong phone, which is the case with most Nokia really. I much prefer Samsung builds.

this is something i pointed out before the phone came out. From the pics it was really obvious that it looked platicky. Very nice phone but it doesn't look well made.

That is why I say you should trust the Made in Finland one.. I'm not saying only Finland Made Nokia are best built. But majority of em..

Mine doesn't creak.. Its so solid!! The only thing that happened is the Joy-stick fell off.. Fixed it.. Back to normal!

Other than that.. Its an awesome phone! Never crashed on me, No freezing!

took me 2 weeks to find this baby.. Hard to find...

I don't care what people say to me about the paranoia regarding the Made in Finland one.

My opinion is that all the Nokia phones that I had Finland ones never gave me problems.. All others did.

mine too it doesnt have a creaking sound it felt more solid than my n70 and 6680 imo... gwapz how is the land in the philippines? i hope they never evict your relatives over there...

Sorry but that just made me laugh. A phone where there's several cases of the *phone falling apart* is not something that should have gone on the market as is. It's just silly.

For the amount of money I paid for it I would expect much better build quality and materials used. The first time I picked it up it honestly felt a bit cheap and plastiky, none of the solidity or class you would associate with an expensive product. And the joystick does feel a bit too fragile. Nokia is addicted to high margins, they do compromise on build quality and end feel.

What? You want me to sue Nokia or something.. For giving me a faulty phone?

Its not like Nokia offers free trial.. "Try our phones 1st for a week before you buy em"

Geez.. Why don't you email them and suggest that to them.. To offer free trial!

How do you really know it's made in finland anyways. Mine says 'made by nokia' under the battery, but I bought it at the very begining, and came direct from hong kong. Plus the battery says 'made in china' on it. So I have big doubts.

the battery is always from china,
however, i havent faced any problems yet with my n73,
the only annoying thing i have against the phone is the stupid girly camera lens cover.
