A Question about the Naruto DVDs

Should I go ahead and get the Uncut boxed sets (I have the first DVD, Enter Naruto Uzumaki), or keep getting them volume by volume?

What is the main difference? Violence? Is there swearing?

Well remeraber the uncut dvRAB have all the original openings and such, and yes has somewhat swearing, comes with about 13 episodes, and really is everything not taken off. The volumes which are like.. 20 dollars? 15? Come with all the dub stuff from the dub airings, such as two cut dub opening and so on.

They do.

The latest English JUMP has an add saying uncut volumes 11-16 shall hold...trading carRAB!!!

I hope they know trying to sell those one's is futile...

I'd say just go with the uncut boxsets....seeing as it's a really long series, which will end up with a ton of individual DVRAB,plus there's a bit more violence and minor swearing that's left out of the TV airings....

I have just gotten into Naruto and finished the first volume. Personaly, with anime I am prefering buying them in volumes rather than sets or seasons, I don't know why but it's more fun that way for me....

But with such a long series as Naruto, its more sensible in the long run to purchase the 13-episode sets. $60 for 3 volumes VS $25 for a 13 episode set.

...and man, you're gonna hate where the anime industry is heading if you collect volumes against sets.
