A question about the book "Uglies"?

I've heard that it's pretty good, and I've also heard that it has some romance in it?

When I read the description I read that the two main characters were both female. My question is, DOES it have romance in it? And if so, is it homosexual?
 
I wish.
Anyhoo, it IS a good series, and there IS romance, but you'll just have to read it to find out if it's steamy lesbian love or just plain normal romance.

Read it. I'm sure you'll like it. I loved the whole series.
