If I walk a distance in 10 mins, And I run it in 5 mins, Do I burn the same amount of calories? and is sitting down after walking or running or doing any kind of exercise is like i've done nothing? also I get a kind of headache after running like 10 seconds, I breathe way too much after that run, so does that mean I lack of a certain type of vitamins or something, and if so, which pills should I buy? and what you guys think about after exercises headache, it's annoying :\ sorry for asking alot!
