A Question About Sports/Walking!?

If I walk a distance in 10 mins, And I run it in 5 mins, Do I burn the same amount of calories? and is sitting down after walking or running or doing any kind of exercise is like i've done nothing? also I get a kind of headache after running like 10 seconds, I breathe way too much after that run, so does that mean I lack of a certain type of vitamins or something, and if so, which pills should I buy? and what you guys think about after exercises headache, it's annoying :\ sorry for asking alot! :D
I put this question again because it wasn't showing in categoery, dunno why:\
 
walking or running a mile (or any distance) will burn the same calories HOWEVER running will speed up your metabolism because you will use more energy....in the long run, you will loose more weight from running because of the metabolism shift
