I am learning to make web pages using PHP and was wandering if there is any way that I could view these pages without uploading anything to a server. I do not intend on starting the site for a while and am just looking for something to let me see how things will look and work and to make sure I am doing everything properly which makes uploading it to a server seem like a waist of time. Any help would be greatly appreciated even if you just tell me that uploading to a server is my only option.
