Rubber and fiber degrades over time so you might want to invest some money into new tires. But you can use old tires I do it all the time, there not ass good as new ones.
you can't really trust the quality if they have been sat in your loft so its Better to get some new ones and not have them go flat on you then to be half way up a road and have them pop
i have a road bike with hybrid tyres... these tyres are about 20 years or so old... but they have been in my loft the whole time... do i need to buy a new set because i dont them to rip and eventually have to more money on another set of inners.. generally speaking
