A question about mental health tests...?

I was looking at some mental health tests you can find online and while I was reading the questions, I felt that the answers would not reflect the reality of behavior because I think people can act differently in different situations. Also while checking out personality disorder questions, I felt that the questions ignored the presence of other mental or mood disorders which could be the cause of the behavior rather than the behavior being how the person responds all the time...Moreover, a question about a certain behavior could be understood differently by the answerer and that could lead to a misdiagnosis. And sometimes the test is yes or no and the answerer doesn't have a choice but to choose one...Is it just me or are there other people out there who agree that mental health tests in general ignore the circumstances and situational triggers of behavior and the way the person answers those questions?
