A question about Ford Fiesta Diesel on a P reg?

Could a faulty fuel cut off solenoid cause the car to not want to start when cold??

Ive just fitted new glow plugs and hope this fixes the problem, i'm not to hopeful

If you have trouble starting your fiesta diesel when its cold your glow plugs need replacing
