A question about court, please help?

Okayy.
If you go to court and you tell the judge that you're still looking for a lawyer and they move your court date to a later date...Will you still have the same judge when you go back to court?
 
NO U WONT I HAVE COURT COMING UP NEXT MONTH AND I HAD TO RESCHEDULEL 3TIME JUST BECAUSE DIDN'T HAVE A LAWYER AND I HAD ASKED FOR MORE TIME TO GET THE MONEY AND THE 3TIME I HAD DIFFERENT JUDGES...IT ALL DEPENDS WHAT JUDGE IS WORKING AND IN WHICH COURT HOUSE THEY ARE WORKING IN IT COULD BE CIRCUIT ORDISTRICT COURT
 
Yes you get the same judge. Once a judge gets a case they follow it threw till it's over. Don't go in a second time saying you can't find a lawyer. If you don't like the judge you have now just think how pissed he'll be if you try it a second time. The only way you might get a different judge is if the lawyer you get knows the judges schedules and can find a date on his calendar that the judge won't be available.
