A question about a oil dip stick on a Dodge Durango 5.9?

Why my oil dip stick it kind of burn like a really dark color at the bottom only ? My engine run good I do my oil change every 3,000 miles, I dont know about the other owner! I own this vechiles for 1 years already with this problem, In My oil gages keep moving it do not stand still , It got a new oil pump, new oil sensor. It this normal to have that dark spot on your oil dip stick? I means you can not take out the dark spot on the oil dip stick!
