A question about a bike company?

Hi, I'm just hoping if anyone can help me find details about this bike company. Here are the things I know:

The brand name is Lesa
Specializes in folding bikes
Used to sell these in Singapore
Still sold in New Zealand.
Has been around since at least the 1990's - i think it's Taiwanese.
