A friend tried to order online from nokia.co.uk the N8 and when he was trying to finish the check out the page said he needs to enter the address of the visa card because he entered my address. And when he tried to change the address the money were missing from the card. the exact money as the cost of the phone. He e-mailed nokia but they said they got no money from him. So what do we do now? Where are the money? pls help.
