I am using windows 7. OK when I finished using my laptop about 20 minutes or longer, then I shut it down. Then it saying logging off and keep on saying shutting down but it doesn't shut down and about 30 minutes it restarts automatically. I tried logging off first before I shut it down and still happens and I have done system restore and that still doesn't fixes it.
A problem when shutting down my computer, pls help and give understandable instructions?
