A Problem has accrued in my consumer match class in school that i can't figure out?

In my math class i have a skinny white guy with a mole hawk and Tight pants the pants that girls would wear. And he got caught with his cell phone on in class and he refused to give it to the teacher and she threatened to call his dad and he cursed at her. So she had this 400 pound Assistant teacher in our class named mr. Smody go and take him to the deans office. And he ditched him and walked out doors leaving school. And he's been gone for over a week. And we got a new student in our class named Matt he's kind of buff, little, has glasses, Mexican, and has a squeaky voice. He said he spent his junior year in jail and now he's new in our school. And then the next day The Guy Kyle with the mole hawk & tight pants comes back and his desk is behind Matt's. And Matt asked our teacher is it okay for a guy to wear a skirt? And she said ya. And he said how? She said well they wear them in Scotland and Ireland. He said okay but what about a real short skirt with little flowers and Rosie's on them? He said that's nasty, stupid, and gay why would a guy wear something like that? So Kyle with mole hawk got offended cause he's friends wear that kind of stuff but not in a gay way. So he got up and yelled in Matt's face saying oh ya how about i throw you're Mexican A^% back over the border. And our teacher made Mr. smody the fat assistant walk him around the school. And this new guy seems kind of weird he said he was in a jail school his whole junior year and now he's new in our school for senior year. And he's already starting trouble. What do you thinks going to happen? Is this guy weirdo or pervert or something? cause he wouldn't say what he did to go to a jail school. And he's starting problems in class. What do you think might happen with this guy?
