R Rita New member Oct 19, 2009 #2 Deniuse QID means 4 times a day so you start on the day yoy get the script and use 2 puffs, 8am, 12pm, 4pm 8pm, depending on what time yoy get up , just make the puffs 4 times a day. Good Luck Rita V
