a poem called 'Poems Are Like People'?

i've looked for this poem called 'poems are like people' i can't find it on the internet i tried google...but nothing
i know it by heart but there's one stanza that i can't seem to remember here it goes:

poems are like people
each one is unique
and each uses a different voice to speak

(here's the missing stanza from my mind!)

poems are like people
some are tall, loud and forceful
some are gentle, quiet and weak
some u know how to tacle
and some look strong but are quite weak

poems are like people
there is more to them than can be seen at first glace
and they need to be given a second chance
because sometimes what u see isn't there
and what u don't see is hidden somewhere
deep inside where u much tread
carefully to feel what's said

poems are like people
some say so little and mean so much
and long for friendship quiet touch
poems you see are people disguised
waiting to be recognized

as i lay down my pen and ink
i saw my little poem wink
poems are like people
i think...

so if u know somewhere where i can find the poem on the net..or if u know the missing stanza please let me know
