A One Sim Card Authentication failed.Please solve this.

Just Now I Purchased A ONE Sim card for iPhone Activation.When I try to change one operator to another operator by using One sim tool software it was facing this problem.Server response:Authentication failed,Key does not exist.My Authentication Key No: is P1E092T.Please solve my problem.I already using Latest version of One Sim Software Tool kit v2.10.7.Who is certain person to solve this problem?I already send a mail to my reseller for solve this problem.But he has no responce.And I was try to send a report by this software.That was also useless.Because in that software bugs is there.When I was try to send a report to support site software will close automatically.Please solve my problem because it was soo needed.Thank you.
 
It may not be the software, because otherwise many users would have been complaining by now. Try to see if there isn`t any conflict with other softwares aswell. Try to see if you have .net framework installed correctly, check if the error you`re getting is not because of a virus or anything like that.
 
It was not conflict problem.I used this software in another system also.Same problem faced in that system also.And it was not .NET Software also.Because if .Net software has any problem this software was not opened even a single time also.Iam sure about this.
 
If you want, give me the link to the installer and I will test it myself. I`ll post you a ss if everything is working fine.
 
Are you have AOne Sim Card?If yes,See the official web site address on that sim back side.
 
Make sure u enter the authentication key correctly. u can find this on the front of the card just below 'ONE'. note the difference bewtween I (Capital i) and 1 (Numeral 1).
 
My problem was solved.Thank you all of you.Problem is in O looks like 0.Thats the problem.
