A nice lounge in SF to host birthday party?

I have birthday soon and wanted to throw a party in my favorite bar. But decided to opt for a lounge, for I want everybody to dress up nicely and.. Well, I want it to be a birthday. I used to love the lounge in W hotel in SF downtown, so I am looking for something similar (the atmosphere, the pricing, the settings). Would be cool if you gave me a link to the lounge's website!
