Well, Mr. Riddler (Denali804),

I wouldn't install an exhaust without Ceramic Coating it unless it was titanium. Both my bikes have Ceramic Coating on them:

I hear your concerns about the quality of the welds and the craftsmanship behind Termignoni's finished products, but that is how they have been making them for decades. It's always been a little sloppy with ocassional cracks, splits, and melted fairings, but like Ducati, it's just part of the deal- hence the "quit your bitching" comment.

Ceramic Coating has so many benefits and looks so much better than stock stainless steel piping with welds that it's really a no-brainer for me. Just sharing the knowledge...

And as far as plate location... I have my paperwork in line and I get a "fix-it" ticket once every 6 months for my plates. As a matter of fact, I've had officers let me go on a moving violation with a warning and just given me the fix-it ticket on the plate. It's like giving them an out if they feel the violation was borderline, which in my case usually is because I for the most part ride safe and respectful of the law. I don't care about paying a $15 dollar mail in fix-it ticket that the local Hwy Patrol signs off every time for free. It's a lot cheaper than getting identified for going 150 mph (if I did such things, lol) or a red-light ticket, or having a way for someone to locate where your horse(power) stable is.

Besides, clean tucked away plates give the bike a true race look along with being a thousand times better looking than when it hangs off the end of the tail like a sack of plastic shit.

Ok, I installed the 2010 Termi full system. It sounds badass and was worth the extra $$$. Well prior to receiving mine I watched a lot of vidoes and on the start up I have seen the display say, 1198 RACING. Well mine says 1198 RACE EVO......... Any clue if that is just because it is the newer version of the Termi??? Someone please help........ Oh the throttle response is way better but I still have to ride it down to Ducati and check the tuning. Thanks guys, Also pics and video coming soon......

Ordered it through Ducati Omaha, I highly recommend them, they have great customer service and they are very friendly and honest.

I just finished installing my new slips...afterwards, went to the dealer to reset TPS and tune. DEEP and Super tight sounding note, smoother throttle response, wicked sexy. VERY happy with the outcome...

got my bike back with the new exhaust. wicked sound. i really do feel sorry for my neighbors

does anyone know how much the stock ones are worth and who might want the stock exhaust
