I like the new cans better than the old. The old ones look dated. With that being said, I like the akras better than the termis. If termi offered the full system in full titanium I might change my mind. I do like the new cans a lot. I don't know how they can charge that much when it is still stainless steel. I got a full evo in titanium cheaper than the new termis.
 
Just talked to Ducati Omaha and they said that the only Termi's shipping right now are the slip-ons. Ducati Italy will be releasing the full systems 13 May. F#$% me running
 
I heard Newport Beach Ducati got their order in... In fact I will be helping someone install them in the next few days... but first, they're off to the ceramic coating house! I'll post pics when it's installed.
 
can you guys just order the slip ons and then the pipes (from the old system) seperately? Are the header pipes any different or just the cans?
 
The slip-on's will fit '09 models... because the 2010 mid-pipe was identical to my 2009, but Wallers right... the ECu for s versus base is different because of the TC
 
I was trying to get the details from Anthony but I was trying to piece together a full system w/the Titanium cans.

It's possible to order the silencers separately (just need the correct part #) and then purchase the header kit to make a full system. He also mentioned that the cans are interchangeable between the old and newer version. You might want to pm him to confirm.
 
I don't know how the cost figures in but you should be able to order the slip ons if you like the cans, and if you want a full system either wait it out or order the pipes and the appropriate ECU. You can get full system ECU's for either the base or the S on ebay for 1/2 of what ducati will charge, or you can have your ECU reflashed for ~$300 by silverback.

the full system package for that new can is a rip off if they are in fact that much as stated earlier in this thread. You might be able to piece it together cheaper? Those of you that preordered the full system what did you end up paying?
