Yeah, pretty sure it will be the old version...

I had to specifiy. Just cause I ordered them, doesn't mean I have any idea when i'm actually going to recieve them. My dealership was really excited about these new pipes. When I ordered them, they told me, they weren't even in the system yet.

I'll let everyone know how long they take to come in.

^ you are not the only one excited about these! I just hope that the pipes look a little better especially for the price increase!

Please do post up pics, directly from the back, from the side to see how much shorter they actually are and if you can, a sound clip too!

I've had Akras on the last 3 japanese bikes but on the 1098/848/1198, not only do the cans look too bulky, no ecu and they don't rumble as loud as the current termi or Arrow systems.

If your dealer will have them in a week they will be the old style. What's the part number and I can tell you for sure as they have different part numbers.

We (commonwealth) get the first slip-ons and full systems coming into the US (because we placed our order first) and we aren't expecting them until late January at the earliest.

Well the cans are always in the eye of the beholder. I guess I like how the akras look.

The new termi cans look nice, but are the pipes gonna have the same shitty weld job and all? That price is so steep even with the ecu and air filter. You could order a full akra for $2,700 plus have your existing ECU reflashed to a race ecu for $300. The air filters aren't much, so you really could go the akra route for cheaper. Now if the new termis were $2500 or something then I may have to jump on that.

i was talking to a Ducati Rep. at the NY Bike show and he said a full Termi is the best way to optimize the bike and t address the over-heating of the pipes.

Could you guys chime in on this one. My exhaust is still stock
