A New form of art. Tagging?

I want to learn how to tag. What are some tips I should know that will help me improve in the future or at least help me as a beginner.
I do not plan to like tagg on walls or crap I joined a moral making program and there is a tagger that only tags on paper that is the kind of tagger I want to become. Tagging is a new form of art.
 
Tagging is not ART! It is a kin to dogs pissing on the wall. There are some graffiti artists that actually do works of art. Even if it is on a hijacked wall. All tagging does is claim territory, by tagging (Signing the wall), which is why you see tags over tags. BTW it is illegal unless it is your wall you are tagging is yours(some cities still illegal then too).
It is considered gang activity in most cities, and can get you in trouble with both the gangs and the law. I hope this was some help to you
