I started growing and herb garden outside this summer, and sadly my basil plants are almost unusable because bugs of some sort are eating away at the leaves. They are starting to move on to the other herbs too now. I've read that dish-soap and/or garlic solutions work, but won't that contaminate the flavor of the herbs if I spay it directly on the leaves? Is there another option?
