blind guy is on a bike tied on? to it... The blind guy runs up to his girlfriend one day all excited because his socks are on the "right" feet... It's more of a character study than anything exciting. I thought the blind guy was played by Jeff Daniels, but I can't find a familiar title in any of his filmography lists... I don't remember anything about the friend other than he was always playing pranks on his blind friend.. I think they were in college. The movie would have to be from the 70's or early 80's at the latest.
