A month after leaving a company, they send me an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

Do I have to sign it? And will it hurt me if I don't?
I quit the job with proper notice, I was not fired. I worked at the company for two years, with a good relationship. I already have, and started, a new job.

Will it hurt me to not sign it?
