on March 31, 2009.? the agreement is for a factory ordered vehicle since there were none on the lot. a $500 deposit was part of the initial signing. even though the initial financing was not accepted, alternative financing was agreed upon. the 90 day cancellation clause for non delivery is in 5 days. I haven't heard from them in 5 weeks when I was last told the vehicle had not arrived. as of 3 weeks ago I saw the same vehicle advertised on their website (Manual as ordered). what options do I have if they don't return my deposit - I no longer wish to deal with them since they have clearly decided not to keep me as a customer.
