a mercury mountaineer 2003 windows dont go down what could it be ?

nic e to have more info,all the windows?just one?try using differnt switch?


check fuses!! try all the windows and switches if none of them work you have a blown fuse or bad relay!

i looked in the book and found where the relay was took it out and the radio nor the sun roof worked so i put it back in ... the book said that was the relay ....not sure what to do know......
