A little help ... please

After and exhausting conversation with a TMO rep I still can't seem to resolve this issue.

If anyone, on any network, or from any email address sends me a pic it goes directly to me TMO online account and not my Pearl. I haven't been able to send the pics to my phone yet.

All I want is for the pics that people send to me to come to my handheld.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
There is a setting on Blackberries. Have you done a search yet on this forum?

also, if you change your title with picture messaging problem with TMO. Threads with similar titles will pop up

Also try a battery pull. Did you try sending an mms to yourself and see what happens

And when you say anyone one any email that wouldn't be mms that would be email. Do you have your bb email set up? Or are they trying to send to your tmo account? Do you have a tmo bb account setup?
 
If the message you recieve something like " xxx has sent to you a message. view your message at www.tmobilepictures.com" or something to the effect then the device is not set up properly on network. If this is the case have you sent a picture message yet as cherrichiodo said. this will let the system know you are able to recv mms. also you mentioned this happens on email as well? this would be a completely dif issue due to two dif types of messaging. What type of email are you running?
