How could you explain the presence of an igneous rock in a bed of sedimentary rock?
Edit. this is NOT a homework question i am studying for a test and this is a review question, so all the ignorant people don't bother insulting me..=)
 
The only way a bed of igneous rock can get into a sedimentary rock is if the lava intruded into it.

Sorry, I am not feeling well today. The igneous rock probably just got deposited with the other sediments.
