A little bit creepy while dancing?

Ok the other night my friends and I went out swing dancing. (no idea why it was really random :)

I am 15, and my cousin is 15. My sister is 21, and her friend 21. Those are the people who went dancing. None of us have ever done it before.

There were a lot of people just standing around watching so we decided to watch to, it was cool. We wanted to pick up some tips before we started. Well while we were watching this man in his early 40's asked me to dance. I was creeped out. (Now I get overly freaked out by things so i cant tell if im being overcautious...)

So he kind of taught me a few steps and it was very awkward for me. After two songs he asked me if I wanted to go outside so he could teach me some more steps. I was really creeped now. So Thankfully my friends were all at the door and I grabbed them and we all went out.

He taught us some more moves using me as an example. He was saying something about how my arms have to be stiff, and he said, "You all know Barbie, the perfect girl." And he kind of looked at me. He said "You have to have your arms stiff like hers.

I got even more freaked. I am 5'6 I have blonde hair blue eyes. After that he went back inside and I think he wanted us to follow, but we left right away after that.

What do you think? Friendly guy or creeper?
We were kind of close though because we weren't doing any thing advanced. Also Idk if this matters but it was in a big city.
