I have not been a lipstick-wearer for all my life, mostly because I have never found a brand that stays on and looks good without feeling waxy or cakey.
I would like to know about a lipstick that goes on smooth, really lasts, does not "bleed" at the edges... Do I have to put something underneath lipstick to achieve this? Thanks, I am really a novice...
