my wages are being garnished by the student aid feds, I had been unemployed for over 7 yrs filed bankruptcy in 2000 chpt 13 they were on there. they ignored that bankruptcy and now I went back to work 6 mo ago and now they are garnishing my wages. I was eligible for a exemption for not being employed for more than a yr, but they ignored that also and now are garnishing my wages... How can I stop them.
